The European Commission released its Annual
Report on EU trade policy's implementation and enforcement, revealing
that agreements with 74 partners covered over €2.3 trillion in trade in
2023, a 30% increase over five years.
The removal of 140 export barriers
unlocked €6.2 billion in exports, benefiting consumers, businesses, and
SMEs.
The report also highlights how these trade policies support
sustainable development and digital and green transitions.
