The yearly report " SME Performance Review" provides a summary of the size, structure, and significance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to the European economy, along with an overview of their past performance and future projections.
The report indicates that SMEs have faced considerable challenges in recent years.
This difficult economic environment continues to hinder the growth potential of EU SMEs.
