HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY - Protecting the EU against Food Fraud

 
We’ve all heard that ‘we are what we eat’, but can we be sure of what we are eating and of what we are feeding to our animals and livestock?
The European Commission is active in protecting its citizens against food fraud, which not only poses a risk to human and animal health, but costs billions of Euros in lost revenue.
