The recently published
Horizon Europe strategic plan for 2025-2027 serves as a roadmap for
research and innovation (R&I) funding, with a focus on tackling
significant global challenges including climate change, biodiversity
loss, the digital transition, and an aging population.
Moreover, it puts
emphasis on the importance of thorough dissemination and exploitation
strategies (including IP management) that are key to supporting the
translation of research results into goods and services of economic and
