On 28 November 2023, all the cities that had been shortlisted in the two competition streams presented their cases in front of a jury, comprising representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Committee of the Regions and Belgium (the Member State which will hold the Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2024). After listening to all the pitches and grilling the candidates with a series of questions, the Jury decided upon the winners....
