Please note
– Although the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected
cross-border interactions, the main purpose of this survey is to assess
the situation in border regions in normal circumstances.
When answering the questions, please try as much as possible to reflect those normal circumstances (for example considering your situation immediately before the pandemic) and not reflecting the impacts of the pandemic.
In a later part of this survey (Section 5) some questions are included on the impacts of the pandemic on border regions.
