The
Council agreed its negotiating positions on two amending regulations,
one on the taking of evidence and one on the service of documents. It
also adopted conclusions on victims' rights. Ministers took note of the
final report of the 8th round of mutual evaluations in the field of
criminal matters, which focused on environmental crime.
