(...) La Commissione europea ha lanciato una consultazione pubblica sull'applicazione del cosiddetto pacchetto 2005 sui servizi di interesse economico generale (SIEG). Il pacchetto – che dà indicazioni in merito all'eventuale compatibilità dei finanziamenti statali con le norme UE in materia di aiuti di Stato - è stato adottato nel luglio 2005, dopo la fondamentale sentenza Altmark emessa dalla Corte di giustizia dell'Unione europea.(...)
