This ECA report highlighted the increasing urgency of climate adaptation due to frequent and severe climate events, causing significant economic losses in the EU.
It revealed some gaps in the use of scientific data and of EU adaptation tools, and limited impact of some funded projects that should be solved in order to tackle climate change more efficiently. (...)
