European Commission: Action Plan on Intellectual Property
The European Commission has published a new Action Plan on IP to help companies make the most of their inventions and creations and ensure they can benefit our economy and society - also in view of dependencies on critical innovation in the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
It aims at enabling the creative and innovative industry to remain a global leader and at speeding up Europe's green and digital transitions.
