Competition publishes the Commission's observations in State aid with
respect to requests for opinions and amicus curiae both provided under
the cooperation with national courts procedure.
Under the cooperation with national courts procedure, national
courts can request the Commission's opinion in State aid matters. Also,
the Commission can provide its intervention by its own initiative to
national courts, called amicus curiae. The publication of such
observations has started and will be further completed in the coming
months.
