Research, the time to grant calculated over all 7th Framework Programme
(FP7) grant agreements signed from the launch of FP7 in 2007 until 17
January 2012 lasts on average 350 calendar days. If the Commission's
proposal is accepted, it will be reduced by one third (to about 250
days).
