On 28 January 2025, Rapporteur Ní Mhurchú (Renew) presented her two opinions that aim to enhance passenger rights.
One of them strengthens enforcement through consistent information-sharing and harmonised complaint procedures.
The other establishes harmonised rights for multimodal travel, with clearer standards for accessibility and inclusivity, including support for persons with disabilities, and families with young children. (...)
