​The President of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), Markku Markkula, took part in the Digital Assembly held in Riga on 17th and 18th of June, presenting the views regions' and cities' on digital innovation in Europe. Markkula also presented a case study of concrete experiences developed in his district of Espoo, in Finland.
